Impression trackers can be added while creating or editing a creative in the Trackers tab on the left hand side. An impression tracker can be used to measure impressions in other systems than Yieldr. Every time a creative is served, the impression tracker loads in the background.
When adding an impression tracker please pay attention to the format of the tracker. A common mistake is a tracker that is being booked in a incorrect format, which may result in a text next to or underneath the creative.
Usually this happens because the creative has been booked as the format image URL (the default option) but HTML code is being used.
There are 2 ways to solve this.
1. Change the Tracker Content to just an url:
Remove all html code and use only the url. Don't forget to press Update Tracker, otherwise the changes will not be effectuated.
2. Change the format to HTML:
Use the HTML format from the drop down menu instead of Image URL. Don't forget to press Update Tracker, otherwise the changes will not be effectuated.
After this has been changed the creatives that where rejected should be resubmitted for audit.
